Details:
Caroline E. Stratton has been writing and performing for three decades. Her strong vocal style has captivated audiences in venues large and small. She knows how to play for and with an audience. Her unique sense of humor comes through on this CD. She also knows how to communiate love and loss with sensitivity and warm tonal quality.

Caroline enjoyed collaborating with Jon Butcher on Caroline Sizzles. Jon brought out the best in Caroline's music with his expert guidance as producer. Jon also lends his talent to the CD by playing guitar on several tracks.

In a review of the CD (Car Stereo Review May 2000), Micah Sheveloff writes: "Anyone who likes listening to their car stereo suspend a big lead vocal over the dashboard will enjoy this disc. The Heart it Does Not Lie features a wonderfully recorded acoustic guitar line by album producer Jon Butcher: it's so real, you can nearly smell the guirat's wooden soundboard!"
