Christine Vales has been ministering in music since 1998. Her original works have fallen graciously upon the hearts and minds of many in the New York tri-state area and across the country. With a burden for evangelism, Christineâs natural style invites hope as she ministers through song. Listeners, in and out of Christian circles, find themselves relating to the stories in her prolific lyrics and singing the catchy hooks of Truth in her music.

Christineâs gift in music began as a child, as did her walk with Jesus. However, the love that she had for music was not her focus, nor was God. Christine pursued a career in interior design putting her creative talents to work. Eventually, this prodigal daughter found herself at the end of herselfâ¦and realized that she was the one in need of the interior designer â Jesus himself! In 1995, Christine returned home to her first love and He has been renovating and reconstructing her life ever since.

As her devotion to Jesus grew, the Lord began revealing His plans and excavating His jewels in her life. One of those buried treasures - was the gift of music. The Lord began tuning up Christineâs vocal chords and placed her as a backup vocalist with local Christian artists. With the resurrection of her old guitar and craft in songwriting, Christine performed her first original song in 1998. Christineâs music began to bloom in a three girl group called âThe Rockflowers.â Christine and the girls gained national recognition from the Gospel Music Association with their first place achievement in the National Semi Finals for Best Contemporary Christian Band in February 2002.

Currently, Christine continues to sow seeds as a solo artist. The primary soil for Christineâs music has been Christian coffeehouses, concerts and festivals; however, the Lord continuers to expand her borders as her music streams across the internet and broadcasts on the radio and television. In addition to giving Christine inspiration to write original music, the Lord has also planted a deep passion for worship in her heart. He first established Christine as a worship leader at her home church in New Jersey and has increased her ministry in worship as she travels to other churches and bible studies in the east coast. As a result of her musicâs strong impact in the lives of women, Christine has been able to reveal the Fatherâs love in the spoken word, as well as in song, as she speaks at various womenâs events and conferences. In June 2006- Christine released her second cd titled âevergreenâ, produced by Dove Award winner, Plink Giglio. Christine is presently exploring and enjoying writing a collection of worship songs for her next cd.

Christine Vales, formerly Fusaro, was married in September 2004, and currently resides in Georgia with her husband Carlos. Both have been enjoying married life and have been ministering together in music and the dramatic arts. Christine continues to lift her voice to the Lord and her eyes to the fieldsâ¦for they are already white for harvest! John 4:35
