TEO MACERO is an amazing man of music. Composer, arranger, player and producer, he has worked intimately with some of the greatest figures in the history of jazz-- Duke Ellington, Miles Davis, Charles Mingus and Thelonius Monk-- in the creation of some of their most enduring works.

To have Macero at the helm of his own label, with what that implies in terms of creative freedom, is indeed something to look forward to.
