Hi Folks, After the success of my last CD A Nashville Christmas and fans asked for more. I sat down with pen and paper and wrote some new songs. Track 1 Stars of long ago, was written after going to the Grand Ole Oprie at the Rymin. That night I had a visit from the spirit world. The famed Minie pearl came to my room and sat down to tell me that the stars of the past have been watching me and to go out and sing there songs and keep country music alive. Track 5 Allergies, was written for a friend of mine after and allergies attack while he was singing a set in Nashville and had to leave the stage to recover. Track 6 Rocking my Cares Away was written at the Cracker Barrel Country Store in Chicopee, MA. Upon leaving the store I met an elderly couple that had left ahead of me rocking on the front porch. âI greeted them with I see your rocking your cares away.â The line stuck and I wrote the song. Track 10 â Little Yellow Men,â was written in Hadley, MA. One rainy day driving by a farm, I looked out across a field and could see yellow men picking squash and the song was written.

Parts of the CD was recorded at Merit Studio in Nashville, TN. other parts was recorded at Derek Studioâs in Dalton, MA. The balance was recorded in my guitar playerâs living room(Joe Boni) in Williamstown, MA. I hope you enjoy this CD as much as we enjoyed making it.
