Buko Pan Guerra, bass player of Lily and The Ladies and The Black Cat Mafia and banjo player from Sun Trash and Shadows in the Nightshade, and known as the "Bad Ass Bitch with a Banjo" (coined by the amazing Sean Carnage), got lonely playing on her banjo. She missed being on stage with a loud rock band. So, following a belly dancing DVD overdose, The Swords of Fatima began in the blink of an eye. Amazed by the astounding gyrations of the one and only Fifi Abdo and the incredible music of George Abdo, she called on the help of ancient Asian musicians and began crafting the beginnings of what would become the world's first Bollywood Surf Disco Punk band. She enlisted the help of drummer Nickei Scott (the Bollywood name for Nick), drummer from Popdefect, Project K, and The Shards. They cultivated the sound into the madness that it is today. Recorded by Legendary Silver Lake Scenester hater Scott Taylor and mastered by Little Red Book Mastering/Mark Chalecki, the Twopergroup is ready to launch an all out assault on the known universe. With their stripped down equipment and without the hindrances of pesky lead singers and bass players to get in the way, there's nothing in the world to stop them!
