Details:
Born in Texas, but raised a preacherâs kid in South Carolina, Stephanieâs early fascination and love of music led her to sing in her church's youth choir at age 5 and writing poems and short stories by age 6. Although musically curious, her parents' strict rules on music only allowed her to listen to Gospel and some Jazz giving Stephanie an early appreciation for musical artists such as Shirley Ceasar and Coltrane.

By high school, poems turned into songs and Stephanie could be found singing her original music everywhere from her bedroom to local talent shows.

After High School, Stephanie started attending the University of South Carolina and despite her passion for the arts, settled on building a career in the field of Public Relations. After some time off from music to focus on her studies, a chance talent show inspired Stephanie to start writing again and eventually led her back to her music roots.

Now at the age of 24, Stephanie has caught the attention of local artists, DJ's, and even major music producers through her impeccable writing skills and evolving vocal talents. With steady hopes of creating a name for herself in the music industry, Stephanie performs wherever and whenever she can, continues to write for local artists, and has even taken on playing acoustic guitar.

âI remember being in class singing to myself, then some guy tells me I should be singing my own music. At the time, I took it as an insult, but now, I couldnât agree more.â
