Details:
The Thunder Road Band has been rockin' the Tri-State area for over 20 years.

Their 3 guitar assault is the stuff of rock-n-roll legend.

All members were born in The Bronx NY.

They honed their skills in bars, school dances & well known clubs like CBGBs in NYC and The Chance in Poughkeepsie.

They shared the stage with Twisted Sister and Rat Race Choir @ the late, great Rising Sun in Yonkers NY thru the 70s to currently opening for Peter Tork(of "The Monkees"),Tuff Darts,Mountain(featuring Leslie West & Corky Laing), Mood Ring (featuring Lance & Larry Hoppen of "Orleans" & Robbie Dupree) Blue Oyster Cult, Vinny Martell of "Vanilla Fudge", Marshall Crenshaw, The Charlie Daniels Band and Lou Gramm of "Foreigner".

Founding members are still aboard with drummer Silvio Ennella,bassist/vocalist Michael "Mac" McNenney & guitarist/vocalist Pat Horgan.

The band also includes Peter Dama (guitar, accordion),Tom Tully (vocals/percussion)Tommy Bia(lead guitar)and John Burke(keyboards/vocals).

They draw from a deep well of inspiration that includes,The Beatles,The Stones,The Who,Crosby,Stills,Nash & Young,Tom Petty,Bruce Springsteen,Alice Cooper and The Ramones.

Their CD "Find Your Way Back" is like the "classic" rock LP you've never heard. Every song is different, performed in a different style.

This is not a CD of 10 songs that sound the same.

Every one is original.100 American rock and rock with a NY/Bronx twist.

Named the Budweiser Band of The month by Rhythm & News magazine(Nov 2002),the CD has been picked up by Vassar College radio,WOV (Otisville NY) WLIE(Long Island NY)WRRV(Poughkeepsie NY),KOTK (Portland Oregon)as well as stations in Belguim & Germany.

Readers polls for 2002 published in the January issue of "Rhythm & News" 2003 place TRB as the # 3 "Rock Band" in Upstate New York as well as the # 1 "Artist ,Group or Duo to watch in 2003".

In 2005 they performed for 5000 people in Hicksville Long Island as the opener for The Charlie Daniels Band.

On the CD,hard rockers like "I'm On The Radio" and "Skool Daze" side by side with acoustic tunes like "Wading River" and "Hold On".
