A big summer holiday is arriving early for Tractor Trailer fans. A new LP, 4th of July, is slated for release April 19th on Red Fez Records. 4th of July will feature nine new original songs written by singer Coby Carlucci and one co-written by Carlucci and John Farias and is a sonically resounding step forward from Carlucci's last release Texarkana. 4th of July was recorded partly at Big Sound Studios in Portland, ME with Jonathan Wyman (As Fast As, Paranoid Social Club, Jeremiah Freed, Rustic Overtones) and partly at Rocking-Horse Studios in Manchester, NH with Brian "Der Coobe-i-zar" Coombes. It was co-produced entirely by Carlucci and Farias and features a guest solo by Tony Rombola of the platinum selling band Godsmack. Drummer Dave Pierog and ex-TT alums "Friar" Chuck Bellerose and Brian "Chop" Ristola round out the studio line-up bringing the collective hard work of gigging all over New England to a toe-tappingly rich fruition.

Many notable local guest musicians will also be featured including frequent TT collaborators Justin S. Walton of Dreadnaught and keyboard whiz Scip Gallant as well as Don Davis (a brass and woodwind player who has recorded with Bill Laswell, Ornette Coleman, and LL Cool J), drummer extraordinaire Jamie Perkins, and Carlucci's mother Theresa Kipp. Dave Collins who, at one time, was the exclusive mastering engineer for A&M records and has mastered such records as Soundgarden's Superunknown, Rated R by Queens of the Stone Age, and Synchronicity by The Police provided mastering for 4th of July.

The CD will be available online at the Red Fez Website (www.redfezrecords.com) as well as at CDBaby (www.cdbaby.com) and various download sites such as the iTunes music store.
