Michael Treder is a Fingerstyle Artist from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. His music is included on the Michigan Fingerstyle Guitar Society CD. He is an Acoustic Guitar Workshop Featured Artist, and past Consulting Artist. Michael enjoys Neoclassical or Experimental Classical styles as well as Jazz, Blues, Jump Blues and Americana roots Folk music. "Relax" was released after Steven Treder heard a performance he knew was his father's on another artists MP3 radio station. He stated, "Dad, give this a shot", and "Relax" was released. The response was overwhelming. Steven Treder is the collaborator and web master for the MT project, and is also known as a Keyboard Wizard. "Relax" is music that MT played to relax. It has been used for diverse purposes from meditation to calming down kids in daycare. Michael's music is known for its therapeutic qualities. MT describes his music; "Category, classification, you decide." MT records his music in one take no overdubs or studio tricks. His goal, "I want to sound like I'm playing in your living room."
