Details:
There's something about trains...

...whether it's a reference to an old blues theme or something more universal, like a need to get away sometimes, Calgary Singer-Songwriter Trevor Day has got trains on the brain. Trevor Day and his 5-piece band, the Blue Collar Cabaret, recently released their debut CD. "Off The Tracks", consisting of 10 original songs ranging from blues stained pop-folk to straight up 12-bar blues, explores the fascination that the blues genre has with trains. Trevor's dynamic vocal range is accompanied by rhythmic acoustic guitar, and the guys of the Blue Collar Cabaret add all the colors. The live show is often derailed by flat out blues jams, and three-part harmonies set this band apart.
