Timothy L. Patterson was born in Warren, Ohio. The son of John & Beatrice Patterson. He is the fifth child of eight children. His father was a preacher, so Timothy has been playing professionally for over 40 years. Timothy plays a variety of instruments however, his specialty is the acoustic and steel guitars. He has a style all his own, giving you Contemporary Gospel with a southern swing, along with a little of that 'down on the bayou' sound. Timothy has recorded two (2) albums under the Star Horizon Label. Timothy has traveled extensively throughout the Midwest. Timothy has shared the stage with such artists as Dorothy Norwood in Florida, The Dixie Humming Birds in New Orleans, La., The Swans Silvertones out of New York, The Swanee Quartet, Tommy Ellison and The Pilgrim Wonders of Toledo, Ohio. Timothy has also played for The Gospel Clouds of Joy of Columbus, Ohio and has also played for Mildred Clark and The Kansas City Melodyairs. Timothy has also played for numerous churches throughout the city of Columbus, Ohio. Whenever or wherever Timothy perform, you know that you will always come away with the feeling that you have been uplifted, renewed, revived and blessed. Timothy is now recording on the So So Blessed Recording Label.
