Wayde Cooper made his debut as a solo artist with the all-instrumental album "32nd note festival of shred", released 2001 on Fossil Records. Wayde's demo CD of "32nd note festival of shred" was featured in Mike Varney Hometown Heroes article in Guitar World (March 1994). Mike Varney had some very positive comments about Wayde's first instrumental CD, "...Wayde's current demo shows that practice pays off, for he has attained a technical level equal to that of many established artist possessing a full complement of speed-picking, legato, string-skipping and wide-intervallic chops."
"32nd note festival of shred" contains 9 all-out instrumental rock songs. Every song has it's own identity! Shredders will especially like the fact that Wayde doesn't hold back on any of the songs. Each song is a roller-coaster ride with fast on-the-edge runs and arpeggios galore!
