Wayne B, Born in Brooklyn New York. Wayne is a Bassist/ Composer/ Audio Engineer. Wayne studied music at Kingsborough Community College in Brooklyn, New York. Wayne began playing bass in a band with his older brother (Drums) and a next door neighbor (Guitar), in the basement of their Brooklyn home. For three years, they called the band "BBC", and played for hours each day. They played songs and musical styles they heard from professional recording artists, everyone from the "Rolling Stones" to "WAR". In 1975, Wayne formed "The Inflation Band". The band played a blend of Caribbean music and Pop.

Wayne later played with other popular local acts, such as "Matti Lovett and Turning Point Band", "Carol Lyn Towns". Wayne also performed on stage with "Harold Melvin and The Blue Notes" at the world famous "Town Hill II" night club in Brooklyn. Wayne also had the opportunity to perform with the "5th Dimension"; "Ollie Woodson", the lead vocalist for "The Temptations"; "Lois Tate" from the band "Funk Deluxe"; A&M Records' recording artist "Strafe", singer songwriter of the song ("Set it off"). Wayne has collaborated on recordings that have been published, projects include, the single ("Navigate"), produced by Strafe for "Global Beat" recording artist, "Wayquay". Wayne went on to assist in the recording of an entire album for "Wayquay".

After graduating from The Center for the Media Arts, Wayne got a gig at W.K. cassette duplications studio, in New York City. There, Wayne was exposed to hundreds of song writers, and songwriting styles. Wayne signed his first publishing contract in 1996, with S.T.D. Music Publishing Co., Brooklyn, New York.

In the summer of 1996, Wayne toured with "Damien and Natalie, and the Rhythm Connection", a show band from Miami Florida. The tour included six weeks performing in casinos throughout the southwest United States, and a three month engagement on Royal Caribbean's cruise ship Sovereign of the Seas. Wayne has also recorded with international DJ/ Producer Ken Carpenter ("Dance For Life"), featuring Kenny Bobien.
