Born and raised in L.A. Southern California,
I grew up a young kid playing in the streets of El Sereno
In the center of all hoods, a gang nucleus just east of L.A.
While trying to express myself so very differently from the rest of these radio rappers and gangsters from thee old school to now,
I quickly became a unique breed of lyricist.
Living between classic rock, blues, jazz and Motown oldies
I found hip-hop like a diamond in the rough not realizing just what I possessed.
I ran between Venice beach to downtown skid row
Competing against rep known rap heavyweights.
Thanks to those rap battles I have created a universal style within me.
Whether a gift or a curse, their will be no other artist like me,
And being of Mexican descent a Chicano make's it very difficult to get recognition or respect in this music industry so I had no choice
But to advance into other styles and lingo's with me poetry.
Now I want to share it with this world as thee only Mexican who can blend jazz, funk, punk, metal, rock, blues, R&B, hip hop, rap, poetry, reggae, Caribbean, Spanish, salsa, cumbia, merengue, rancheras, alternative grooves, disco, even classic to futuristic
And I have only just begun....
