Paul Aaron Hughes pretty much grew up in Tyler, TX or that is where he claims to have, "done most of my growing up". Paul has lived all over the state of Texas at one time or another and now calls West Texas home. The music Paul writes is evidence of all the different musical influences he has had. You will hear influences from the blues, rock'n roll, bluegrass, folk and of course country. He writes of interesting situations, love, memories, family and just having a good time. "I guess people call it Americana or some kind of Country these days. I don't know, it's just how it comes out. I just want to write songs that are fun and that people enjoy", says Paul. Paul Aaron Hughes has recently released his first album called I've Got To Have You that was recorded and produced by David Marshall at Fast Horse Studios in Austin, TX.
