First - It's instrumental. The only vocals are spoken word samples ripped from questionable sources on the internet. All of them from Christians in varied stages of rationality.

The Tapes (as it's called) is designed as a soundtrack to tell "a classic children's bedtime horror story, illustrating how fast America willfully turns into a crypto fascist theocracy after a series of successive terrorist attacks". Fear "The FIST"!

This piece is both powerful in it's implication (the march toward neo-christian fascism is paved with heavy handed police actions for even minor offenses) but also in it's sonic excecution.
