Details:
From out of the sky and hurled to earth with gothic stories and hard rock dance grooves, it's Child Of Fire with my debut EP release "Backwards In Time". Child Of Fire is me, Kevin Packard. With only three gigs under my belt as a Queensryche tribute band, Child Of Fire pushes the envelope with this new original release.
As a self taught musician, I have studied an array of Queensryche's music and have several self made demos of me doing Queensryche and other artists. As of now, I do the show as a one man band. My drum machine plays while I sing and play the guitar.
In the contest Queensryche had with WAAF in 1997, my demo to open won me tickets to meet the band. I got pictures with the band, autographs, and more then enough music talent credits to keep going.
Now dabbling in song writing Child Of Fire rocks with "Dancing With The Devil", "Backwards In Time", "Trapped In Hell" and the soft acoustic rocker "Into The Light".
