a kid growing up in a small town called lansing i often wondered what my life would of been like
without music? maybe i would of been a mute performing at weddings. i've always loved music
i can remember me, my mother, and my brother watching mtv in the early eighties singing" i wear my sunglasses at night" as i think to myself now i recall many songs that made me walk this yellow brick which is now i'm known through out the streets as THE BEAT MAKER. this album is not like many that you heard. i took that which i learned from oblique's dyeV.S.ity and 2ghunz albums and mixed the two ideas together then mixed in techno, funk, jazz, and the memories that
i used to known as a child in lansing now that i'm a man in detroit. the reason i called my album:
An 8th floor affair besides the fact that the studio and cj-records are located on the 8th floor is that
