After my fifth CD, "Winds Of Change" was released in March 2001, I thought that I would take a short break from writing and recording.

I would concentrate on the business at hand because I was exhausted and burned-out.

Four months later new songs started pouring out of me.

I had written four new songs with a totally new concept in mind.It was to be a sort of "Rock Opera" or a complete story from start to finish rather than just songs randomly written.I included songs within songs and sound effects to round out the whole "album" concept.

The writing would be more like a fictional tale of sorts.

By the end of August another three songs were completed.It seemed that nothing could stop the writing frenzy I had been experiencing, that is until September 11, 2001.

On September 12th, still in shock and angry as hell from the traumatic events that had just taken place in our country, I was able to re-write the lyrics to "Without Fear".

The music is the same but this time the song tells a completely different tale, a non-fictional one.

I have included that song on this CD and re-named it "Without Fear For America".

Life for all of us will never be the same because of these tragic events.

America has lost her innocence, but Americans will never forget the horrific terrorist events that befell our country on that fateful day.

It was really tough for me to continue to write from that day but I was able to recover and finish this CD.

Now done, it is time for all of us to move on, I love my country and am so proud to be American.

We will never forget.
