I like to have hooks but I also never want to get bored." Flow says, "If I get tired of hearing my own tunes, I know the listener will too."

Flow's vocal style can be likened to a combination of Missy Elliot, Jill Scott and Meshell Ndegeochello. Her lyrics are based on relationships, sex, heartbreak and love. Flow is fearless and has the courage to talk about real issues and deep personal feelings and experiences.
