The Wesley Willis Experience meets Alice In Chains meets Son Volt.
13 MP3 Songs
ROCK: Grunge, COUNTRY: Country Blues
Details:
If you like wah pedals and songs about mexican food then look no further: Gravy Monster & Cactushead have a sound that could only be described as "delightfully awful." From each off-key note to each unnecessary guitar effect, GM&C are a sure thing if you're looking to change the way you feel about beauty. Critics have described them as "The B-52's and the Proclaimers meet The Eagles." On vocals and keyboards is Will Turner, the patron saint of untalented hacks everywhere. Will Jameson, a guitar virtuoso, lends his talents and songwriting to create the sonic equivalent of sweet and sour sauce. Keeping the beat is the mysterious figure known simply as "The Boss." Some say he is deaf. Some say he is also blind. He rarely gives interviews but he does beat the skins with almost robotic precision.
The band formed in 1998 and has released four albums and various singles and EP's.
