Details:
Dave Patrick's polished rock/ jazz fusion style is reminiscent of Eric Johnson, Phil Keaggy, and Alex Lifeson. His exciting new CD contains ten songs, but is also an enhanced CDROM, including stories, scriptures, photos, bios, and a full length band video! It can be played on any audio player, PC or Mac computer.

Dave is currently gaining a clearer understanding of the word "ministry". Like many artists, he plays "gigs", but also has opportunities at local prisons, benefits, and the Fine Arts center.

BIOGRAPHY - In 1987 he studied guitar at the Atlanta Institute of Music. In 1990 he made a cassette demo to "pitch" to the music industry. David meticulously gathered the addresses of many well known Christian and Jazz labels. With great enthusiasm, many demo packs were sent to these record companies. With time, he discovered how the industry works. Many demo packs wound up in a mail box in the A&R director's office. Even if he got a reply, the response said that they were not currently signing new artists. A notebook of "Dear John" letters now sits on his shelf.

He needed a real CD, not just an eternal "demo." There had to be another vehicle to get the music "out there" to the world. The year 1998 was a great year for his music career, when he became executive producer of a CD ROM, with real instruments, live band, video, photos, and liner notes!

In 1999, he surfed the web, using "+indie" searches, and found many great opportunities for independent artists. Web marketing is definetly the cutting edge media for indie artists to reach the world! - Dave Patrick
