Leigh explains the concept behind her music, "It is my personal desire to fulfill my mission as an artist who can, in the words of Buddhist Peace Leader, Daisaku Ikeda, 'make a positive contribution toward a society in which cruelty, violence and darkness can be overcome through a spirit of empowerment and compassion.'
