Mary lives in Atlanta, Georgia and enjoys singing in local cafe's, private parties, weddings, choir, etc. First and foremost Mary loves to sing, it's not just a hobby - but a passion. As far back as she can remember, she was always humming or singing along with her parents who taught her a few guitar chords. They were her only voice & guitar teachers and encouraged her to practice by their example.

Their love of country music was passed on to Mary and later she was greatly influenced by John Denver, Peter Paul & Mary, Joan Baez and Dylan to name only a few. Mary's style leans more toward folk, country & easy listening, although she enjoys most music genres including some international music. Singing in choirs has always been another part of Mary's singing enjoyment, starting with gradeschool, highschool, then church choirs.

Songwriting is so unbelievably thrilling to her, when a new original is "born", it feels as though someone has handed her a very precious & unexpected gift.
