Kris Grunwald began his music career around the age of sixteen in Cheltenham, PA. Out of sheer boredom, he picked up his brother's guitar and figured out a simple guitar riff to a song. It was an instant connection between Kris and music. He began jamming with good friends/musicians "Harrison Waverly" and "Rick Friedrich". Thanks to his friends, their influences can be heard on "The Devil's Wedding". Kris Grunwald now resides in Denver, CO where he looks forward to playing and writing music for years to come.




The Album:

Just over a year ago, Kris Grunwald and Jeremy Durkin(Jerz) headed into a studio with a case of beer, a bottle of whiskey, a bottle of Paisano and renowned producer Rick Friedrich. We were to spend the whole weekend in Cheltenham, PA recording music for the upcoming album "The Devil's Wedding". It was a long and tiresome process but we managed to record some great music, thanks to the brilliant work of long time friend/musician/producer Rick Friedrich.

The name of the album "The Devil's Wedding", comes from folklore throughout many cultures referring to a sun shower. My brother Nick did an unbelievable job tying together the Inca peoples ideals and my theme for the album cover.
