Michael Flowers is joined by Canadian singer - songwriter, Chris Jansen, on Identified. At age 14, Michael began touring as Copperhill's lead guitarist and singer, sharing the stage with Buddy Miles, Bob Seger, Ted Nudget, Captain Beyond (Rod Evans, Deep Purple's singer), Marshall Tucker Band, Wet Willy, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and many others. The CD, Identified, covers many of the influences which etched his developing years and beyond - Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Peter Gabriel, the Police, Radiohead, Miles Davis, John Coltrain, countless others.

Many of Michael's San Francisco friends joined him on Identified, including bassist, Stuart Hamm (Joe Satriani, David Lee Roth Band, numerous fusion projects) and studio drummer, Atma Anur. Jim McNeish, Edinburgh, Scotland, dropped by, wrote & recorded the spoken word track entitled Home.

Identified was recorded at Michael's former home in Alamo, California. Mike Busbee, producer / recording artist, flew up from LA each week to run the Upper Room Studio while the band laid down the grooves. Michael has spent most of his time living in California - San Francisco and around the Bay. He and his family currently live in Kansas City, Missouri, where he is spending his time writing new music, forming a new band, enjoying Kansas City's Spiritual, Blues and Jazz heritage. Stay tuned for more!
