Hey everyone,

Iâm Nate S and Iâm a musician/producer from the San Francisco Bay Area. As far back as I can remember, Iâve always seemed to gravitate toward music, yet I never would have imagined that I could actually make a living off of it. For the past several years, Iâve been teaching piano during the day and working as a studio musician at night. In 2002, I grew an interest in making electronic music and have continued to make it ever since. I used to only make trance and house, but as the years went by, I have gradually transitioned to drum and bass. âDrum & Bass Intelligenceâ is the first CD Iâve released which is composed entirely of drum and bass music. I decided to give the album its name because Iâve come to realize that âintelligentâ drum and bass is the style that I currently produce. Iâve been meaning to release this CD for quite some time now, and Iâm very glad that Iâm finally putting it out there. At this point in time, Iâm currently working on new tracks to release, for one of my many goals is to have the Nate S name become synonymous with good drum and bass music. Although I will always love intelligent drum and bass, I have been experimenting with other styles as well, so I really donât know what Iâm going to do next. However, since Iâm always trying to improve on my previous work, thereâs still an excellent chance that I will continue to release more songs in the future. In order to help reach my goals, Iâve been attending courses at the Berklee College of Music, where in addition to learning how to create more professional-sounding music, Iâm also working towards earning a Specialist Degree in Home Audio Recording. Regardless of however much success I achieve as an artist, I will never stop working on my craft - Iâm just too passionate!
