(ID 7033016)
The Monster Show are the essence of ghosts â sounds of longing, of remorse; creaking door, whispers, bells, the hollow guitar chime and plunking banjo (its bullâs-eye-with-arrow), swirling keys, the big bodied bass and drums folded into simmering melody.

Details:
The Monster Show's four founding members met while touring with the Family Morton Circus Extravaganza. Daev worked as an Auguste (sad-faced)Clown and Jennie was the first Equestrian Director to use a Lesley speaker. Kerry was a lion tamer, and Duncan worked with the large animals. They banded together and left the Circus after a tragic incident involving a Bengal tiger and some bowling pins.

âProven to be one of the most eloquent voices within the local scene.â
â The Guelph Mercury, Jan. 2009

âThe Monster Show remains a quintessential Canadian indie band: literate, humble, and above all unclassifiable.â
â The Record, Jan. 2009
