Fathom is a heavy, complex debut album of fourteen-year-old guitarist Sean Peden. While some songs are straight metal pieces (âIntro Pt. 2â, âuntitled (Because Iâm Too Creative For Names)â, âGrowlâ), others will venture into unexpected areas, from the groove of âIntroâ, to the unpredictable and frantic atmosphere of âAwesome (Featuring Joe Navarre)â and Avante-Garde Schizophrenia of âOut of Airâ, and even some electronic influences in âFathomâ, along with jumping across different styles of production and guitar tones.
