Howard has performed solo and as a member of several different groups over the years, but for the past decade he has spent his time not performing, but writing. Howard writes what he feels; his lyrics will touch your heart, bring tears to your eyes, and remind you of the joy found in the Lord.
Twenty-five year veteran of the music business as a writer, a performer, a teacher, and a retailer, in 1989 he came to a place in his life where he realized he needed to let God have control of this very important area of his life.
Howard's goal is to write and perform songs that integrate Christian values into the lyrics in an effort to encourage us all to be the best we can be. As a performer and songwriter, Howard Tapley is striving to make a difference in this world through the medium of music.
