Pete Anderson is an undisputed king of American 50's Rock'n'roll in Latvia, professionally performing and recording artist, well-known throughout the European Rockabilly, 50's Rock'n'roll and Jump'n'Jive scene. This CD is a significant milestone in the former Soviet Union's musical variety as the most untypical outstanding sample of rebellious spirit and unconformity. With this exciting album Pete Anderson being totally devoted to the classical values of genuine roots music of America, gave lots of inspiration to many youngsters in the ex-USSR and courage to form a number of rockabilly bands in the late 80's and early 90's. This CD is a re-issue of the legendary LP "Pete Anderson & The Archives Live!" released in 1989 by the only recording company in the whole former Soviet Union - "Melodia". It was an unprecedented sensational case when local artist performed the whole record in English and it consisted of just pure American 50's Rock'n'roll & Rockabilly classics' covers.
