A new comer to the recording scene,but not new to music.Doug has played music most of his life.Some of it in and out of local bands, including a stint on his own as a acoustic troubadour,playing in local clubs and restaurants.At this venture he finds himself recording a long awaited full length record of folk and country blues style ballads,that roll easy off the tongue when singing along, with interesting autobiographical story lines.This was a dream come true for Doug as a family man,who unregrettably put a potential career and long time hobby on hold for many years to be a husband and father.Much like the title, here's hoping you enjoy the validation of this record as much as he enjoyed writing and recording it.Look for him in the future playing in the New Haven CT area music scene.
