TRACY BOYD is a multi-tasker extraordinaire. She gets everything DONE - all the while fielding phone calls from her jet-lagged boss, her best friend Ally, her worried Mom, her calm friend Pastor James, and her sensitive-artist husband Brad. Itâs just another day in her perfectly balanced lifeâ¦
Until...she gets the call from the hospital about her needle biopsy. Sheâs got a tumor in her left breast.

The show shifts to a surreal courtroom where Tracy finds herself defending her life-choices to a mysterious Young Prosecutor and presided over by the Judge, her own mother. Through songs and scenes, the show goes from past to present taking the audience on a roller coaster ride as Tracy explores how her perspective of living differs from those around her. The cancer diagnosis makes for an interesting anniversary evening with Brad (HOLDING THE FUTURE), as Tracy searches for her treatment (OPTIONS), and decides on a clinical trial with Dr. Ossman. Tracyâs friendâs come out to help. First, her best friend Ally tries to make-over Tracyâs eating habits (SUPERSHAKE), and after everyone seems to be âhelpingâ her by taking over all her normal daily duties and her husband Brad believes their marriage is straining from the pressure, Pastor James mentions they may want to LEARN HOW TO BEND.
Confronted with her first treatment, Tracy befriends Ruthie and Natalie, two other breast cancer patients, and they bond while getting PRICKED, POKED, and PRODDED; she even manages to lean on her mom, as Mom reminds her to FOLLOW THE LIGHT. With her friends and family behind her, Tracy is reinvigorated, and is determined to be the QUEEN OF THE TRIAL.

At the beginning of Act 2, we see Tracy, Natalie and Ruthie vying to win the title of MISS CHEMO. Struggling with feeling out of control and weary from her chemo, she rallies again with Ruthie and Natalie as they proclaim themselves UNBEATABLE. But not everyone believes that.

Brad confronts her that she isnât facing reality LEAVING ME. Tracy, devastated, struggles more with even everyday parts of life and is enlightened with THE PHARMACY SONG. But just when Tracy is at her lowest, Ally and Pastor James find her to remind her to just HOLD ON TO LOVE, and Tracy vows to LIVE. UNBEATABLE REPRISE.
