Sumorcon was born July 20th, 1980 in Charlotte, North Carolina. At the age of five, she sparked an interest for singing and playing the piano, which all started in her grandmother home. Never loosing her passion for music during her growth she took lesson in piano for five years. She particpate in school andchurch choirs. Also, she had the opportunity to sing with Roy Alexander and the Perfect Harmony.
In 2007, she stepped out on faith with the vision God endowed within her to pursue singing as a career. In November 2008, she had her Pre-Debut Celebration, which released her 1st CD project entitled
"To God Be the Glory". She has and will perform for any type of occasion, Wedding/Engagement, Social Events, Church Program, just to name a few. She specializes in Gospel, smooth R&B, and Jazz.
With the guidance of God, Sumorcon has become a young woman who is God-fearing, determined and humble. She's the mother of two boys who are true blessing from God. It's her prayer that God would keep her humble and surrond her with positive people and that everything she do God will forever get the glory.
