Hailing from Munich, Germany, Stars in the Sky started back in 2007 as a side project of Philipp and Tidy. Many personal and musical influences have been brought together to unload in an energetic mix of punk and rock. It was soon decided to record the first 5 track EP "Coming Soon...". A lot of guest musicians made appearence on the EP, like for example Shunp of legendary japanese skate punk band NICOTINE, who contributed 2 killer guitar solos to the song "Requiem".

During the recordings in fall 2008, T filled the enormous gap in this 2 man formation and thus completed the powertrio. A video to the song "My Own Way" was shot towards the end of the same year. The EP "Coming Soon..." was released on february 28th 2009, the video three weeks later on march 20th.

In their short live history Stars in the Sky managed to share the stage with bands such as Scorefor, No Opinion and PSR and are ready to rock wherever they show up!
