Steve Noonanâs sound is melodic, acoustic guitar-driven rock, with clear, resonating vocals. His poetic lyrics are full of depth and meaning. He has lived in Minneapolis since 1991, but grew up in the northeast where he attended Berklee College of Music. It was there he learned to appreciate and learn the craft of songwriting and singing. His influences range from singer songwriters of the â70s, to postmodern British bands of the â80s, to producer/songwriters of today like John Shanks and The Matrix. Steve Noonan is poised to make a definitive statement with the release of his self-titled, three-song EP in March 2009.
