If your mouse is over your status bar (bottom), title bar, etc, your page will scroll. To stop it scrolling, just put your mouse anywhere in the page body..

This script is very useful for those people who do not have scroll mouse, they can scroll the page even if they dont have a scroll mouse. You can also set the rate of scrolling as per your needs.
