Darryl Wise grew up in Savannah Georgia. In 1976, he left Savannah and headed south to Florida and landed in St. Augustine. This little historic town was a mecca for singer songwriters. Darryl was able to play in several bands with very talented musicians that taught him his finger pick'n style of guitar playing that he is known for. His music tells tales of growing up in the South and real life experiences that he's picked up from his travels and the interesting people he's met. The "Many Miles" CD was released in 2008 which showcases many of the songs written and played over the last 20 years. His second CD "Reflections" has just been released and is a compilation of new songs written in the last three years. Darryl feels music can become a mirror of the times we live in. Darryl has opened many shows over the years for many well respected musicians. He performed at the Songwriters in the Round at the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville in 2004. Currently is performing around Florida and Georgia.
