Everyone Prays There Is No God
By
The Terminal Generation

A while ago, four malcontents, Ugo Mustafo, Dr. Sickmon Fraud, Frog Eyes and The Tank set out to push modern music over the edge of sanity. These enemies of civilization known as The Terminal Generation were hell bent on destroying all boundaries of popular music in an attempt to create something new and original.

Because originality is impossible, just ask Coldplay, they failed miserably. Instead of sounding like no one which was their artistic goal, the band ended up sounding like everyone.

During the making of this album, four people died, every member of the band went clinically insane at least once and two members of the band ended up homeless. The cops interrupted the recording sessions several times. Lead singer Ugo Mustafo was hospitalized for rupturing the blood vessels in his neck while screaming at the end of track two âDuh Knuckle Songâ and two pets committed suicide, - whatâs funny is you probably think weâre joking.

Many artists have suffered in the past for and while creating their masterworks. In the end one must ask, âWas it worth itâ? The answer is the case of âEveryone Prays There Is No Godâ is a resounding NO! The end result is an un-listenable 70 minutes of sonic torture.

This album may be the most extreme album of all time. It is an exercise in musical depravity. Imagine if you will the pure fusion of hip-hop and noise, hardcore punk mixed with industrial music, funk mixed with free jam sonic sound art and now you are getting close to the truth about the album. The Terminal Generation set out alter the sound of every instrument to create something that should not exist, kind of like what would happen if Brian Eno grew another testicle.

The band recommends you listen to this album very loud (this is not hype- the sonic rumbles can only be re-produced at deafening volumes) sitting in the dark, with a knife or gun next to you.
