In this audio session we'll use a wonderful meditation technique to cut etheric cords that no longer serve us or are keeping us tied to people, places and events from which we wish to be released. You will learn about how etheric energy cords are created when you have a strong connection to someone or something. At times, we need to release these ties to continue on with our spiritual development. This session not only teaches you how to do the technique yourself but also guides you through a full session of cord cutting so that you may experience it fully. You will learn to distinguish between healthy and unhealthy cords and when and if it is appropriate to sever these ties.
