âTell Me Thereâs A Sunâ confidently continues Lee Sankeyâs bracketless approach to music characterised on his critically acclaimed debut âMy Day Is Just Beginningâ. âTell Me Thereâs A Sunâ features eleven original songs that are intricate, visually charged and sometimes dark and bittersweet in texture.

The music is brought to life by a stellar line-up of sixteen musicians with Ian Siegal on vocals, a five piece horn section and a special guest appearance by Chris Whitley. Thoughtfully crafted lyrics and melodies team up with powerful and sympathetic horn arrangements to transport the listener through a set of original blues, jazz, roots and funk infused songs.

Continuing the attention to detail displayed in the music and production, the album artwork comprises of a forty page booklet, digi-pack and slip case designed by Lee. The artwork has been described as a reason alone to by the album.
