Alex is an extraordinary beat maker, rapper, entrepreneur, and studio technician.

Growing up in Austin, TX, AFAB was not in the ideal environment for hip-hop success. He excelled in school at an early age and always had a knack for creative writing. After first listening to the Marshall Mathers LP in fourth grade, hip-hop became his first love. As he got older, Alex broadened his musical appreciation, being influenced by Artists such as Pepper, Slightly Stoopid, Sublime, Nas, Biggie, 2pac, Jay-Z, Chopin, Trae, The Alchemist, Dr. Dre, and Mobb Deep among others. He started writing raps as vessel to release emotion when he was in the 9th grade. As his skills where not as good as the artists he had grown up listening to, he gave up rap and got into the production aspect of hip-hop. Starting making remixes with Windows Sound Recorder, he then moved to Adobe Audition and Fruity Loops, and then on to Logic Pro. After 3 years of making hip-hop beats, his skills in both the rapping and production side have evolved to a level even he could not have predicted. He single handedly has made Crunk Systems a name in the rap game. With his niche of independent hip-hop music that is original, he expects to take his act from Austin, Texas to the nation. Working from his home studio, he uses his tools to create beats, engineer, mix, and rap on them. Alex is a true talent in the music industry and soon hopes to be known on a national level as a leading rapper/producer.
