Mutantspaceboy (created by composer/multi-instrumentalist Gabriel Sundy)
was originally born out of a desire to base structered and free improvisation in a variety of musical settings and styles (i.e. metal, energy music, funk, ambient, etc...). As the project developed, the repertoire expanded to incorporate a wider range of musical styles, as well as compositions where improvisation played only a secondary role. The group continues to grow and expand it's genre-bending musical expeditions by not restricting themselves to any one particular brand of thought. The current line-up features Gabriel Sundy (sax and guitar), Nazo Zakkak (keyboards and synthesizers), Harley Magsino (bass), and Matt Anoche (drums).
