Crafting original music for over 30 years, Greg Tiburzi is a performing songwriter from Duluth, Minnesota. Inspired by pop radio, standards from the American songbook, folk and world music, and rock from Chuck Berry on, he has infused numerous musical forms into his melodies and vocalizations. Classical and folk fingerpicking and strumming styles blend with harmonica to back his compositions of loss and redemption, dark journeys, and the fragile nature of the human condition. His sets consist of heartfelt personal accounts juxtaposed with a colorful cast of fictional characters. Tiburzi believes in the healing quality of music, the ability to lift and better connect us to each other, our surroundings, and ultimately, ourselves.
