Born in New York City, Bremner grew up in a travelling family, first living in NYC, then the north of Scotland and finally Vancouver, BC. His influences are complex â in Scotland he grew up with the sweet sounds of the UK pop Top Ten - from the Bay City Rollers to David Bowie, and in Vancouver he sang in punk rock bands - all those sneak into his jazz recordings.

He just came off the road touring Japan with an 18-piece Big Band, and performing in a Cabaret show in the UK, and is looking forward to being home in Ontario and doing some intimate acoustic concerts.
