I had previously reported the supplier of this mail committed fraud by charging my credit card and not mailing hte manual. This statement of rpesumed fraud was my error in that I did not read the file was to be sent via e-mail link, not posted to my home as a CD via snail mail. Upon notifying the supplier I had not downloaded my manual they promptly and graciously gve me a new access code. I have since downloaded and used the manual and found it to be superior to the overpriced limited access manual provided by Subaru.
I highly recommend this manual relative to anything else I have found any where else.

This is what it says it is: a downloadable version of the repair manual. BUT. It comes divided up into several randomly named PDF files with no index, no contents, and no way of knowing where to find what you are looking for. If you are planning on printing the entire thing into a booklet, this won�t be a problem for you. But if you plan on referencing it from your computer, it will be nearly unusable.

Great service, easy download and unzip for use. What I like the most is the manual is not overly technical, but rather is easy to use for the beginning to intermediate mechanic.
