Has your printer suddenly stopped working and the Status Monitor given you a "Maintenance Error" or "Parts inside your machine have reached the end of their service life" message or If a Waste Ink Pad Overflow Protection Error has occured then this collection of files is for you.
You will receive a Service Manual for the printer along with the Epson Engineers Adjustment Software, and where applicable the Firmware Update Tool and Latest Firmware Version. You can use these items to fix most software related issues and sort firmware bugs. You will also receive my written instructions on how to clear the "parts inside your printer ..." error.
It's much cheaper than replacing your printer - which is what your local dealer will probably recommend - adding that it's too costly to fix.

Hi, I have followed the instructions in the manual and the software will not find the printer and comes back Communication Error. any ideas!
