Some performers pursue musical careers; some like Caleb E Sanders, are born to them.Born August 4, 1997, Caleb first came to the attention of the media at the age of two when Nancy Alexander,a local radio host,featured him in a news broadcast after seeing him perform at a local wedding. At three, he was performing locally and had won a national drum competition; by age four he was recording with world renowned percussionist Sheila E.

At the age of four, a guest appearance on the "Rosie O'Donnell show' quickly followed. Caleb performed several half-time shows at Madison Square Gardens.When Caleb was five he was a guest on the Wayne Brady show" where they surprise him by reuniting him with Sheila E.

At the ripe old age of seven, Caleb hit a musical high note when he met and jammed with Ringo Starr(yes, THAT Ringo Starr).

A self-taught musician,Caleb plays several different instruments.When he was eight, Caleb composed and recorded his first single, "Something Different", he arrange and play all the recorded instruments himself.

The attention his talent garnered was fast and intense. His family wisely slowed his exposure to manageable levels to allow Caleb to grow and mature away from the fast paced world of celebrity. Living a quite life has allowed Caleb to enjoy a childhood filled with friends, family and community. His well-round experiences have included learning American Sign Language. Today Caleb can enjoy his music for what it is- a gift that brings him and others joy.

Now, at the age of 11, Caleb has recorded his first CD, appropriately entitled "No Boundaries" The music he has composed,arrange and performed in this major endeavor is a reflection of his intimate musical talent, and his blossoming personality both of which have been carefully nurtured by a family determined to allow an extraordinary young man the opportunity to enjoy a quite ordinary childhood.
