After successful performances in the US and Mexico Christian Galve releases his first album âUn mago para olvidarteâ, featuring arrangements by Guillermo Bordarampe, member of the iconic Argentine group from the 70âs Arco Iris. All songs combine the lyricism and inspiration of Christian and the melodies and sounds of Bordarampe, creating an album of rare beauty, sensitivity and romanticism, with a contemporary sound.

Christian was born in Caseros, province of Buenos Aires, in Argentina, on March 28, 1971. He was immersed in music from an early age, since he is the son of Tango singer Guillermo Galve. Eventhough Christian was so close to Tango he was always attracted by romantic music and romantic and passionate singer and composer Sandro was and still is his main inspiration and model.

He started singing professionally when he was 18, by then he had already written some 30 songs. He had his first concert at the Anfiteatro Promusica in Buenos Aires. He then tours around the country and does various TV presentations, including a memorable one with his father in âArgentinisimaâ , a popular program conducted by Julio Marbis.

He then decides to come to the US to widen his horizons and artistic goals. He has appeared at main venues in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Houston, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Mexico City, Guadalajara, etc., participating in TV shows such as âCuanto cuesta el showâ and âLa hora lunaticaâ.

Lately ha has appeared in Fiesta Broadway and some Argentine venues like La Asociación Argentina de Los Angeles, in Burbank, La Asociación Argentina de West Palm Beach, in Florida, Café Los Violines, in Miami, the Conga Room, in its original location on Wilshire Blvd., in Los Angeles, the Sands Hotel, in Las Vegas and in August 2007 and 2008 at the John Anson Ford Amphitheatre, in Los Angeles, participating in âFiesta Argentina 2007 and 2008â, to a full house and a standing ovation

Christian finally realizes his dream of recording his first album guided by producer Guillermo Bordarampé and coproducer Juan Luna. The album âUn mago para olvidarteâ includes the song of the same title, written for Maria Galve, Christianâs mother, who passed away during the recording of the album. Christian dedicates this album to his mother, who he loved dearly.
