Details:
I was born in El Paso TX in 1981 into a family of engineers. I still remember that pivotal moment as a small boy when my dad called me over to show me a keyboard he'd just bought. He pushed the demo button and "Ballad For Adeline" started playing. It was then that I realized the impact one person playing one instrument could really have, a dream was born. Piano lessons were not within reach but no less I was eventually able to play the piece along with a few other songs.

By the time I was 14 I had begun to see patterns in rhythm and harmony along with their consequent emotional effects. Later on in High School I was given the opportunity to play in the school's orchestra despite the lack of training and limited sight reading ability. There I learned about how different instruments come together to produce complex sounds. It was then that the desire to write my own music started to grow.

After HS, I went to NMSU to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Math while at the same time kept on working on my composing skills. It was around that time that the first rough drafts for pieces like "Clear Skies" and "Cascades" came about.

During my last few months of college I was able to work with major tech companies and my love for music led me into competitive Ballroom Dancing. I'm now a nationally ranked ballroom dancer and have worked with other tech organizations such as NASA amongst others. It was during the last few years that I learned about the recording process and decided to put together my first album "Cascades."
